adequate stay but some issues

the bed was comfortable and provided a decent night's sleep which i needed after a long drive

the lack of attentiveness from staff was frustrating i left the sign on the door to have the room cleaned but it was ignored the bins were full of nappies and needed emptying plus fresh towels were needed also the requirement to book a slot to swim felt unnecessary the pool was empty most of the time and children were not allowed to swim during certain hours which seemed pointless

The hotel features plenty of seating areas in its gardens, SO relaxing. The room included a coffee machine (a nice touch!). fresh milk and an ice machine. I used the pool and sauna. They were quiet and very enjoyable after a long day.

My room was next to the road and I heard some strange vibration noises outside.

The breakfast buffet had many options available. The food tasted good. A staff member was busy, yet they worked hard to keep everything stocked. The gardens near the entrance looked cute.

I arrived before the official check-in time. My room was not ready. I found this disappointing given the price of the stay. There was dust in the room.
