The location suited my needs for an early flight. I can't deny that.

I wasn't told about the heating issue beforehand. I had booked dinner and breakfast. both were at full price! i ate in my coat and scarf.

the nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch it did what it promised

the cleanliness wasn't great and the coffee machine was broken the restaurant disappointed me the food was cold i saw food waiting to be served near the kitchen a staff member reluctantly reheated it it was left out again staff touched it repeatedly breakfast also wasn't good the coffee machines were broken and clean tables were hard to find
