slow wififaulty coffee machine
i was pretty annoyed when i found out about the extra charges for things i thought should be standard. the wifi was slow (a total pain for a business traveler like me). also, the in-room coffee machine didn't work properly. it barely dripped out any coffee. this made mornings even more frustrating than they needed to be (and i really needed a good coffee first thing).

the location was excellent for getting to terminal 2. breakfast was very good. i enjoyed the cooked breakfast, it was served from 5:30.
the room was very small with no place to set luggage. there was also no place to hang clothes. i found this quite inconvenient .

the hotel offered very comfy quiet rooms. the staff at the bar were friendly. i found the restaurant food good (i enjoyed the steak). the spot is great because it's near the airport and train station.
i noticed the hotel lacked pre-pay car parking. i was directed to a different car park. it cost me extra money.

the hotel restaurant has an excellent selection of food. breakfast includes both continental and full english options with service beginning early. the food presentation was appealing and the area was clean.

check-in was quick i appreciated that. my room included a nespresso machine which was very convenient. the bed was comfortable i slept well.
the air conditioning fan was noisy i could not switch it off. it continued for hours this was not ideal. the breakfast start time on the website differed from the hotel's actual time.

The location suited my needs for an early flight. I can't deny that.
I wasn't told about the heating issue beforehand. I had booked dinner and breakfast. both were at full price! i ate in my coat and scarf.

the nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch it did what it promised
the cleanliness wasn't great and the coffee machine was broken the restaurant disappointed me the food was cold i saw food waiting to be served near the kitchen a staff member reluctantly reheated it it was left out again staff touched it repeatedly breakfast also wasn't good the coffee machines were broken and clean tables were hard to find
