i used the spa as part of a day package. i had a facial with molly and she listened to my skin concerns. she used appropriate products for my sensitive skin. the facial felt great and my skin felt amazing afterwards, it looked clear and super hydrated

i was deeply disappointed. we had to move rooms because i was told of scheduled maintenance. we later learned that this was untrue, it was due to an event for a football team. the new room was noticeably inferior, smaller, and lacked a sofa..

the breakfast was fantastic.. i liked the variety. the building itself is very nice and beautifully revitalized. my room, a superior double room, was very quiet.
the staff at reception gave incorrect information about parking. i ended up paying more than i should have. my room was supposed to be an upgrade but it was basic. the room also had a strange smell.
