amazing skin sensitive skin appropriate products
i used the spa as part of a day package. i had a facial with molly and she listened to my skin concerns. she used appropriate products for my sensitive skin. the facial felt great and my skin felt amazing afterwards, it looked clear and super hydrated

the hotel includes a spa with facial treatments. there are comfortable robes and slippers available for use. water and glasses are available in the spa area to enjoy after treatments it is very relaxing.

the staff at the spa are friendly and accommodating. they quickly resolve issues such as missing gowns and slippers. the staff listens carefully to guest concerns regarding skin sensitivity and customize treatments accordingly. there is no shortage of supplies.

the staff was very warm and cute. space on ground floor seemed sufficient for socialising..
i was deeply disappointed. we had to move rooms because i was told of scheduled maintenance. we later learned that this was untrue, it was due to an event for a football team. the new room was noticeably inferior, smaller, and lacked a sofa..

the breakfast was fantastic.. i liked the variety. the building itself is very nice and beautifully revitalized. my room, a superior double room, was very quiet.
the staff at reception gave incorrect information about parking. i ended up paying more than i should have. my room was supposed to be an upgrade but it was basic. the room also had a strange smell.

exquisite interior relaxing bar amiable staff complete room
the hotel's interior was exquisite with a high standard finish. it felt so easy to relax in the main bar area. the staff at check-in were amiable and helpful. the room contained everything i needed, including tea and coffee, it felt perfect.
