the room was beautifully decorated with fun accents and good amenities available. staff were helpful, i found the stay clean and quiet.
my window was impossible to see out of. it was covered in scaffolding, i saw a thick layer of dirt prevented you from seeing out and sun coming in. i called down to reception and asked if i come be moved. the windows are bolted shut so i couldn't open it for any light.

I found the bedding to be of high quality. The valet parking service was really good. Staff members were helpful and friendly. They provided prompt assistance with our luggage.
The windows in my room did not open, restricting fresh air circulation. This. I think fresh air is a must.

The hotel has a quirky style. I found the room spacious. The bathroom and shower were really good. I loved the facilities that allowed me to make a cup of tea and request more milk.
My room was not cleaned nor restocked after my first night. The bed was not made. Coffee cups were not cleaned or swapped. I thought my room was on the cold side. It was freezing, but there was no double glazing.

the suite featured amazing decoration with touches expected from a hotel of its class. a free standing brass bathtub was included. the chauffeur driven bentley service took me to my chosen restaurant. harry, the driver, was friendly and professional.
i noticed a fairly large red wine stain on the carpet in the room.

the hotel is well located. the building itself is really nice. the inner sanctum suites are huge, i don't think i ever slept in a bed as big. the screen showing the live view of the city is very excellent.
i paid a lot for a night in a hotel of this standing! i didn't expect to see scuffed furniture around the room. i also expected breakfast to have been included in the price.
