Decadent and Unique
high quality valet parking
I found the bedding to be of high quality. The valet parking service was really good. Staff members were helpful and friendly. They provided prompt assistance with our luggage.
The windows in my room did not open, restricting fresh air circulation. This. I think fresh air is a must.
Dining

The breakfast service was superb both mornings. Toast arrived in a bag at breakfast, but staff addressed this quickly. The food selection was good, but options seemed somewhat limited.
Rooms

The decor had a gorgeous, well-executed design. My room was thoughtfully designed and quite clean. I did note some wear and tear in certain areas, however the design was gorgeous.

Decent Experience
quirky style spacious room really good shower room cleaning unstocked room cold room
The hotel has a quirky style. I found the room spacious. The bathroom and shower were really good. I loved the facilities that allowed me to make a cup of tea and request more milk.
My room was not cleaned nor restocked after my first night. The bed was not made. Coffee cups were not cleaned or swapped. I thought my room was on the cold side. It was freezing, but there was no double glazing.

The room decor was attractive and the bed was comfy.
The receptionist charged me extra for an upgrade. I had to find emails to prove the pre-agreed price. The coffee machine had old, used pods from the previous guest.

decent stay with some issues
live view excellent screen well located nice building scuffed furniture included breakfast
the hotel is well located. the building itself is really nice. the inner sanctum suites are huge, i don't think i ever slept in a bed as big. the screen showing the live view of the city is very excellent.
i paid a lot for a night in a hotel of this standing! i didn't expect to see scuffed furniture around the room. i also expected breakfast to have been included in the price.
