the room was super clean. the minibar had complimentary soft drinks. i liked the spaciousness of the room. the bed was comfortable.

the tv did not work properly, that i can say.

the staff was really helpful and friendly at all times. the reception staff helped a lot with local directions. their positive attitude certainly, i think.

the hotel is very close to public transport, that includes train and tram. it made traveling easy and fast. the hotel is also located near shops, restaurants and attractions, so everything is accessible.

the location was great close to the tram station the staff was friendly and helpful the room was spacious and clean i found the breakfast to be fairly good with plenty of choices the service was excellent the hotel had a nice gym

the shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out i reported it but it wasn't fixed the bed was also a bit too firm for my liking

the restaurant offered an excellent dinner and the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options there was quick and friendly service in the restaurant for me to get to the show on time.

the hotel sits very close to the tram station making it convenient for getting around the city it was a short walk to the opera house and shopping streets for easy access to different areas.

the gym had modern equipment and was clean this allowed me to maintain my workout routine there was a sauna available offering relaxation after a long day.

the room included two comfortable pillows and a hot shower with great pressure it was quiet after 9 p.m. even though the hotel was fully booked that week this helped ensure a restful sleep.

Breakfast had good choices! I had a larger room on the top floor and the city skyline views were amazing. An extra-large double bed was super comfy with soft bedding!
