basic stay with a few issues

dirty floorbalcony droppings
My room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. i noticed hairs in the bathroom and dirt on the floor. the balcony also had bird droppings. It clearly had not been cleaned recently. this lack of attention to detail was disappointing and affected my overall impression. the cleanliness should be improved . It is basic.

I found the staff to be super cute and helpful. The location is PERFECT with a short walk to the bus station and harbor! The room included complimentary soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. I was really surprised with a bottle of wine and Cyprus delight on arrival. GREAT!
The gym only had half of the equipment working.

The pool looked clean and inviting with a lifeguard ALWAYS on duty. There are sunbeds available near the pool area ensuring a place to RELAX. The hotel is close to archaeological sites.

The staff provided EXCELLENT service . They were friendly and helpful, ensuring all needs were promptly addressed. I REALLY appreciated their attentiveness and positive attitude towards guest satisfaction throughout my stay.

Breakfast offered many choices ensuring everyone finds something. The food tasted great, and the cakes were lovely TOO! The restaurant staff provided great service. Their friendly demeanor elevated my dining experience.
