Nice Nile Getaway
easy access clear view quick staff
The location provides easy access to major attractions (i visited the nearby museum). My room offered a clear view of the Nile. The staff was always available. They responded quickly to requests.
The gym equipment is a bit dated.

my room was a beautiful double room nile view. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the pool area had many loungers and a shaded section.

nile view excellent doctor
The room had a balcony with views of the nile and mountains. It also had views of the pool. they arranged a doctor, and he was excellent with good bedside manner and experience. i am grateful to the hotel staff for taking care of me.
The service was close to zero. I called twice asking for forks, and they never came.

unfriendly staff bad experience
The hotel rooms were clean and well maintained with a strong focus on hygiene.
All the staff members seemed harsh and unfriendly. The restaurant was unclean, and there were cats around. The staff did not smile, and the overall experience was bad. I will not repeat it.

sensitive lock rude staff member
the bathroom door had a lock that was overly sensitive. my daughter actually got trapped inside, and it was a real struggle to get it open. after i called for help, and she managed to unlock it herself, a staff member still insisted on coming to 'demonstrate' the door's functionality. he just rolled his eyes (which i found rude).
