i liked this hotel a lot. the free boat was easy and available all day and night. the hotel gave me a upgrade on my room to one with nile views. i found the balcony a nice spot to sit.
the television did not work well. i also noticed the hotel needs some updates. the hotel is on the older side.

I found the hotel staff very responsive to requests. Ferry service to the mainland ran every few minutes. The grounds were green and extensive, offering space for relaxation (i really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere).
The currency exchange process was not transparent, with different rates offered within hours. I consider this confusing.
