a perfectly lovely stay
friendly staff self-service bar
the staff were friendly. breakfast was amazing, i had the best i've eaten at a hotel. the self-service honesty bar was such a great idea, we took full advantage.
I did notice that the restaurant is closed. That was a small inconvenience.

parking was convenient. the hotel is decorated nicely, you see it in every corner. the self-service honesty bar offered a selection of beverages and snacks at any time, we were very happy.

the room was spacious. it featured a beautiful bathtub, i spent a lot of time in there. the bedding felt soft. i slept soundly each night .

breakfast was a highlight, served in a bright dining room. every dish was rich. the lady serving us was attentive, she was a joy every morning, we appreciated her a lot.

The hotel is near the main center, it is very convenient. many coffee shops and tourist attractions are close. it was only a twenty-five minute walk to the city centre. This worked great for us.

really good stay, a amazing experience
spacious room comfy bed friendly staff free parking
i appreciated the spacious superior king room. the king size bed was comfy. i found all the staff helpful and friendly, particularly francesca, who provided informative assistance. i took advantage of the free parking and easily accessed the city center using the nearby park and ride.
the absence of a lift was a minor inconvenience.

the reception staff was first class. i found them to be helpful and friendly. kate provided a very warm greeting and was helpful. the staff were caring and brought everything i asked for directly to the room.

an ok stay but with some issues
clean room local products missing window door handle
the room was clean and well presented. breakfast was ok, and it had local products. it wasnt bad but wasnt amazing too.
our room didnt have windows in the main area. also, there was no handle on the front door so it was hard to close it. this was a problem to me.
