I found the staff helpful. the location offered a peaceful retreat near the city center. the room was super clean and beautifully decorated. It created a restful atmosphere. the breakfast was a highlight, with many delicious options served in an elegant dining area.
The room i had, while generally pleasant, was situated above the bar. i could hear conversations from the bar, slightly distracting when trying to sleep early. It was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable.

The room had nice bedding and comfortable pillows. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and the server was accommodating. I found very nice complementary toiletries in the bathroom. I did have a shower that flooded, but I provided feedback upon check out.
My room lacked a luggage rack, a minor inconvenience. Parking cost an additional £20 per night. I think this is quite expensive. The smart TV was a challenge. It lacked Netflix and Amazon apps.
