The staff were friendly. they explained details about breakfast and amenities. they had a fantastic understanding of nearby good restaurants. I was really impressed with their recommendations. the room was very clean and well presented.
The bedroom carpet looked a bit tired. the mattress felt a bit saggy. I didn't sleep very well. the sound insulation wasn't great. I could hear other guests walking around on creaky floors above my room.
