Wonderful Stay in a Fantastic Location!!!
well-stocked kitchen convenient location comfortable bed
My studio had its own well-stocked kitchen. It included a variety of cereals, milk, bread, jams, yoghurts, butter, teas, and coffees. There was also a toaster, kettle, and microwave. I loved the location. It is in the heart of a very desirable area. The bed was very comfortable and clean, a big plus for a relaxing stay!!!
My only issue was the absence of a lift. Carrying luggage up the stairs was challenging, especially after a long travel day. I would appreciate lift access in the future.

Breakfast included freshly cooked items and a good selection of cereals, fresh fruits, and juices, it was a good way to start the day. I found the options to be both tasty and convenient, a very appreciated bonus. The food was AMAZING!!!

The reception area provided tea, coffee, and water from 7 am to 11 pm, this was very convenient. The availability of these refreshments added a touch of hospitality. The provision of those refreshments was definitely a plus.

Decent location. Some notable flaws
small room damp bathroom
the room itself was quite small. i booked a "double room" but it felt more like a single. also, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. it was always damp, even with the fan running. this made it a little uncomfortable.

solid stay near victoria station
easy walk central location helpful staff
the location impressed me. it was an easy walk to victoria station and many local attractions. my room was surprisingly quiet, despite its central location. i liked that the staff was always available and keen to help with directions.
i found the stairs to be a bit narrow and steep. this made carrying my luggage to the upper floors challenging. an elevator would improve accessibility with heavy bags.

the location was excellent close to victoria station breakfast offered a good selection the staff were really helpful i found the room to be clean it was a twin room and provided ample space for my needs the twin beds were comfortable ensuring a good night sleep

Acceptable Stay with Room Issues
The location was very convenient.
The bathroom flooded every time the shower was used. The water did NOT drain properly. I had to wear shoes in the bathroom during my entire stay due to standing water. This issue made the room unsatisfactory.

friendly staff comfy bed
The staff were so friendly. the bed was super comfy, i slept like a baby. it was also close to victoria coach station. It was a quick 5-minute walk.
