solid stay near victoria station

the location impressed me. it was an easy walk to victoria station and many local attractions. my room was surprisingly quiet, despite its central location. i liked that the staff was always available and keen to help with directions.
i found the stairs to be a bit narrow and steep. this made carrying my luggage to the upper floors challenging.

the reception desk provided 24-hour service, ensuring someone was always available. staff offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. i noticed there was also a coffee machine available at the reception area.

The location was very convenient.
The bathroom flooded every time the shower was used. The water did NOT drain properly. I had to wear shoes in the bathroom during my entire stay due to standing water. This issue made the room unsatisfactory.

The staff were so friendly. the bed was super comfy, i slept like a baby. it was also close to victoria coach station. It was a quick 5-minute walk.
