I noticed simple room decor and breakfast options were basic. It was neither bad nor excellent. this is something that could be elevated for a better guest experience.

Fantastic location near Victoria Station

The hotel sits in a great location, very near Victoria Station. I could easily walk to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed it a lot. It was quiet, which I really appreciated. Rooms were always very clean.
My room was a bit cramped for a Superior Double room. I also found the pillows too hard for my liking.
