excellent experience near victoria
early check-in well-appointed room convenient location
the location is near victoria station and major attractions. reception allowed an early check-in. the room included a kettle, tv, hairdryer, safe, fridge, and bottled water.
I noticed simple room decor and breakfast options were basic. It was neither bad nor excellent. this is something that could be elevated for a better guest experience.

Fantastic location near Victoria Station
central location helpful staff delicious breakfast clean room
The hotel sits in a great location, very near Victoria Station. I could easily walk to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, I enjoyed it a lot. It was quiet, which I really appreciated. Rooms were always very clean.
My room was a bit cramped for a Superior Double room. I also found the pillows too hard for my liking.

The hotel features complimentary tea and coffee. It provides newspapers in the lobby. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the building. There is also luggage storage available .

My standard double room included a television with satellite channels. It also had a private bathroom. A hairdryer and complimentary toiletries were supplied. The room featured blackout curtains for better sleep.
