really good stay!

great terracecomplementary teasafe building

the new building features a great terrace on the 12th floor. i found complementary tea and coffee there. the honesty market was a nice touch and i considered the terrace room a lovely, large, relaxed area to spend time in. the 24-hour desk.

the tv in my room did not work. it was a pity.

the location was great, a short walk to the jubilee line.

The room felt stuffy, and there wasn't proper air conditioning. Only a partially openable window. also, i found stains on one of the pillows after the room was cleaned.

the digital check-in process needs improvement. this was quite frustrating since i was in a rush (others were queuing). also, the pillows were too firm for my liking, and i didn't sleep very well because of that.
