fab spot in the city!
great location top service worth doing
the hotel got a super location, near lovely restaurants. walking to all the sights were easy. the staff gave top service, they showed me different places for visits and what were worth doing. i can't recommend this place enough, grazie!

the structure is in a fantastic location for all main attractions. especially for the price it offers, it is close to ponte vecchio and ten minutes away from the main cathedral for your convenience, with easy access.

the room was authentic, with high ceilings and a historic atmosphere. i had a spacious seating area and a comfy bed area with bathroom in between . the air conditioner worked like a charm and kept the large room perfectly chilled.

fantastic stay in a central location
central location easy taxi filtered water
i loved the central location near many monuments. walking was easy to most attractions. the staff gave special accommodation, switching hotels seamlessly because of availability. easy taxi access was available and i found filtered water for the room in the lobby.
The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms. it wasn't a major problem, but noticeable. perhaps some additional soundproofing could help.

The hotel is near many monuments, with easy walking distance to attractions. Access by taxi is straightforward, and the area feels quite safe. i found the location convenient for exploring the local sites, though the parking was expensive!

My room included comfortable beds. I had two. the breakfast was nice and we bought it most mornings. the room was simple, without frills, but very clean, and i had all necessary amenities at hand. the bathroom was very functional.

worn room limited hanging space
the staff attitude was acceptable .

The location is convenient. It makes accessing all the major attractions easy. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh bread and fruits. The room was cleaned daily.
The hot water on one sink did not work. The mix of electrical outlets was strange. Bathrooms need more hanging space for toiletry bag and robe.
