clean roomconvenient locationcramped shower
the room was clean. i appreciated the location near the train station. the train brought me to the city in just ten minutes. i didn't even need my car!
i noticed a small hole in the bed sheets. also, the shower felt a bit cramped! it was a minor thing, though.

the reception staff was helpful (especially when i needed directions). my room had a kettle and fridge for convenience. i easily accessed restaurants and a supermarket within minutes from the hotel. the 20-minute train ride to firenze unità station only cost 1.70 euro.
The hotel did not have an iron in the room. housekeeping provided one upon request.

the reception staff was friendly and helpful, providing necessary assistance. front desk check-in was effortless, even when i arrived after 23:00. the staff seemed multilingual, which helped with diverse guest needs.

the hotel is near the airport, about a 5-minute walk to the tram stop. this tram provides a fantastic and cheap link into the main town, unità. a local coffee shop on the way to the tram offered cheap pastries and coffee.
