the staff helped with storing luggage after checkout so i could explore before flying out. my room was clean and also it was spacious. i also enjoyed the cute garden courtyard. it was very very sweet.
the breakfast was disappointing because it included prepackaged biscuits. there was no cutlery to spread jam. i had no wine glasses to drink the wine.

The location was great and breakfast vouchers were convenient. The café is close to the hotel..
The room got terribly hot, probably because it was directly under the roof. The air conditioning system was noisy, preventing sleep and it failed to cool the room. It stayed at 30 degrees. There were no blackout curtains on the window in front of the bed.

I totally enjoyed the central location. I found the room to be spotlessly clean. The massive bed was super comfortable, it was amazing!
The breakfast involved prepackaged biscuits. I saw no plates available. I also found no cutlery to spread jam.

The breakfast setup really bothered me. prepackaged biscuits and jam were all i found. i couldn't even spread the jam because there were no plates or cutlery. wanting wine, i saw it available for purchase but no wine glasses were provided. drinking wine from a water cup felt ridiculous. I expected better.
