repetitive breakfast
I had high hopes, but my stay wasn't flawless. I often waited several minutes, so I used the stairs, but they was narrow. The breakfast selection seemed repetitive after a couple days. It needs more variety. Finally, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the day, even when set to the lowest temperature. I was expecting better climate control.

The breakfast had a wide variety. It was the best breakfast spread i experienced during my trip.
the supposed king bed consisted of two beds. these beds kept sliding apart all night. also, when a family emergency forced an early departure, they offered no flexibility or partial refund. this rigidity left a bad impression on me.
