really good experience
beautiful hotel attentive staff central location
the hotel was beautiful the staff was helpful. breakfast was excellent with attentive staff. the location was central to main attractions and the train station was close. i did not use taxis at all there.
i expected a smooth experience several issues disappointed me. the king bed was two smaller beds pushed together they kept sliding apart. there was a lack of understanding regarding a family emergency for an early departure.

slow elevator repetitive breakfast
I had high hopes, but my stay wasn't flawless. The elevator was surprisingly slow. I often waited several minutes, so I used the stairs, but they was narrow. The breakfast selection seemed repetitive after a couple days. It needs more variety. Finally, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the day, even when set to the lowest temperature. I was expecting better climate control.

sliding bed inflexible policies
The breakfast had a wide variety. It was the best breakfast spread i experienced during my trip.
the supposed king bed consisted of two beds. these beds kept sliding apart all night. also, when a family emergency forced an early departure, they offered no flexibility or partial refund. this rigidity left a bad impression on me.
