the private beach access was definitely a highlight. the hotel staff provided excellent service, consistently helpful and attentive. i found the kids' play area to be very convenient. the pool was also amazing, offering a relaxing space.

i noticed a slight delay with some orders at the poolside restaurant.

Ahmed and Noel. Their attentiveness was really good! The lunch buffet had many delicious options. The room was clean. Extra tea, water, and coffee were provided. Everyone on staff seemed attentive making the entire experience wonderful.

I noticed very few umbrellas and sunbeds. These were often reserved by early morning.

The resort beach features clear and clean water, great for refreshing swims. There are great amenities available both on the beach and near the several pools. Staff offered chilled water regularly, a very thoughtful touch.

The front desk team provided very quick and polite service upon arrival, streamlining the check-in process. Anwar and Sunil gave great assistance. Massages at the spa are highly recommended providing needed refreshment.

the resort is between mountains and the sea. the resort is a short ride from the mountains. the hotel has lovely beaches, offering a relaxing environment. the beach is one of the nicest.

the breakfast buffet was lovely and delicious. i received welcome fruits and cake. the hotel also provided delicious chocolates. breakfast service was amazing, ayu, manisha, and akhbar provided superb assistance.
