a mixed experience
smoke smell ignored request
the apartment size was good. it also came with a welcome pack covering breakfast.
our room smelled strongly of smoke. it permeated everything, including the towels and bedding. the hotel entrance and hallways also smelled of smoke.

really good stay near harrods
elegant decoration plush linens dinner reservations
The location is superb. Harrods is just two minutes away by foot. the apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with elegant contemporary touches (i especially liked the plush linens). the staff were attentive without being intrusive. They assisted us with dinner reservations.
i did experience a minor inconvenience, the breakfast selection could have offered a slightly wider variety of items.

spacious apartment short walk convenient reception
the apartment was spacious and clean. i found harrods and several restaurants just a short walk away. the 24-hour reception was REALLY convenient!!!
the elevator made a slight noise at times.
