The room was indeed very clean with everything I needed for a relaxed stay. The staff was lovely and helpful whenever I needed something. The breakfast had a huge range of options.

My room had air conditioner and a fan giving me a choice to regulate the temperature to my comfort. The hotel arranged airport transfers for me without issue. The transfer was smooth and efficient.

Breakfast included fruits like local varieties and melons. It was so delicious and sweet. A regular american breakfast with a good bread selection was also available. Hot entrees with eggs and various meats were prepared well.

This location was near shopping, right outside the door. I was close to the lake, and this afforded me a nice view and walking path. It was easy to access popular sights.

The staff were always willing to help and showed me how to get around the area for shopping. They provided a friendly hotel atmosphere. They updated us on the weather, current events, and gave my kids candy when they looked tired.

the staff was very helpful and accommodating. i had to leave early on my last day, so i could not have breakfast, but they packed a breakfast box for me. they provided super helpful information too. the room was well kept and airy, i liked the balcony.
the balcony of the junior suite was not clean. the ac swinging blade was not working.

The front desk workers were friendly. alice and grace often helped me. Both always tried their best. felicia was always available, she assisted with all questions and requests i had and recommendations were spot on, and her kindness was amazing
