i found the staff to be very kind. they were available when i needed something. the location was perfect. macarius at the reception was quick to assist me with anything i asked.
the cleanliness of the room was not always consistent. one day i found that they forgot to put towels in my room. the food quality was not up to my standards, i even skipped breakfast due to that. the price felt exaggerated considering the issues i experienced.

the faulty iron they provided was not changed even when requested. i was told the manager would contact me to rectify the issue but he did not.

missing towelssubstandard drinks
the room lacked thorough cleaning one day towels were omitted the culinary offerings fell short i opted to skip breakfast entirely also the quality of drinks by the pool was substandard prices seemed disproportionately high considering these issues i found it hard to justify the cost
