The staff was very attentive and polite. The food had a good selection. The resort layout was fantastic! Very neat place. I was impressed. Young Ali, Mohamed, Yousef, Mahmoud, and Hamdy catered to our needs. It was fantastic. I appreciate it. It was great from start to finish. The team is highly professional and genuinely customer-focused.
The music from the main city could be heard until 2 am, though it did not bother me too much.

The hotel features multiple pools and a private beach area, providing ample space for relaxation and recreation. Also there are several restaurants and small shops located directly on the premises offering convenience. This made accessing amenities very easy.

this hotel gave me exactly what i needed. my room was a family suite bungalow lagoon view and it faced the water, so i could see so many things. the hotel also had a really short boat trip to another area. the jetty there had water sports and many fish.
the entertainment was not the best. if you need loud music or a lot of action, this probably isn't the place for you. however, it suited me fine.
