the room had everything i needed. the bed was very comfortable! breakfast was superb with many options available.
The carpet is old and needs upgrading. the shower was terrible, going from lava hot to freezing cold. The rest of the bathroom was also in poor condition.

my room was so clean. the breakfast was really great. all the food was very good quality. the staff at reception were helpful and polite. i love that the bar and restaurant staff were very attentive too!
i did notice the hallways are a little narrow. the floors were also a bit squeaky. i think they felt a little dated. it was very minor though!

brooklands tram station is nearby. i think its great. this allows easy access to public transport. the convenience of reaching manchester is awesome for travelers.

my superior double room was spacious. modern facilities were there. the room looked spotlessly clean. the bed were comfy, i slept like a log every night i stayed!

the staff helped me with lost hotel after i left. i had a really nice sized room. the bar and restaurant create a great atmosphere. it was amazing!

the bedrooms were very spacious and equipped with all modern facilities. the staff from reception was helpful and polite (they gave me directions to a local shop).
my room wasn't in the best condition, plug sockets that didn't work and chipped paint were visible. i didn't realise the rooms were directly associated with the pub, so there was a lot of noise at all hours.
