clean restaurant friendly staff convenient supermarket
I found the cleanliness excellent. The hotel maintained a high standard in all areas, including the restaurant. the staff seemed very friendly and approachable throughout my stay. the location worked well. Supermarkets were conveniently close by.
The gym had limited equipment. There were only a couple of treadmills.

broken air conditioning nightclub noise
the animation team seemed enthusiastic with activities for all ages.
The air conditioning did not work. It only blew hot air. i was informed it was spring, so all units were on one system (i guess i should have brought my parka). the noise from the nightclub across the street continued into the parking lot until 5 am.

mixed feelings about this hotel
the pool area was a plus, especially its size.
the food was consistently lukewarm, never reaching a satisfying temperature and i spotted undercooked pork at the grill once, quite concerning.

small pool loud entertainment
the food was excellent with plenty of choices.
the pool was far too small for the number of guests. the so called 'entertainment' is loud and goes on till well past 11pm at night , so it was impossible to relax in peace.

fantastic family fun!
splash pool energetic team daily cleaning
the splash pool was a big hit with my kids. They spent hours there. the animation team deserves a special mention. They were energetic and kept everyone entertained! the hotel also provides daily room cleaning. This ensured our room was always tidy. the location was also convenient. Shops were nearby.
The air conditioning was not working properly. This made the room uncomfortably warm at times! it was especially noticeable during the afternoons. Otherwise it was a great stay!

the quadruple room included comfortable beds and sufficient space for our family. the bathroom had a good shower! the room also featured a small balcony.
