big pool arealukewarm food
the pool area was a plus, especially its size.
the food was consistently lukewarm, never reaching a satisfying temperature and i spotted undercooked pork at the grill once, quite concerning.

the food was excellent with plenty of choices.
the pool was far too small for the number of guests. the so called 'entertainment' is loud and goes on till well past 11pm at night , so it was impossible to relax in peace.

the splash pool was a big hit with my kids. They spent hours there. the animation team deserves a special mention. They were energetic and kept everyone entertained! the hotel also provides daily room cleaning. This ensured our room was always tidy. the location was also convenient. Shops were nearby.
The air conditioning was not working properly. This made the room uncomfortably warm at times! it was especially noticeable during the afternoons. Otherwise it was a great stay!
