The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was EXCELLENT with a wide range to choose from. Everything was very fresh and even proper toaster machines!
The outdoor pools were FREEZING. I would probably not visit in October because of the pool temperature. I guess it's warmer in summer.

The hotel rooms had upgrades, now with netflix for the kids. Breakfast options were plentiful and good. The location is PERFECT as it is a short distance to bars and the beach. Cleanliness was evident throughout the premises.
I noticed that some areas looked a little outdated, like they began modernisation but left other parts untouched.

The double room featured modern decor and was clean upon arrival. A large television with access to netflix provided entertainment. The room had spacious closets providing ample storage for luggage and personal items.

The hotel is positioned a short, flat walk from the main shopping area. The beach is accessible within approximately 10 minutes by foot. Regular bus services nearby facilitated easy day trips to Tarragona, Cambrils and Reus.

The breakfast buffet included various options, with fresh pastries and fruit available daily. The restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating, especially Javier. I found the food to be AMAZING!!! The dinner included good options.

Staff members throughout the hotel are attentive and polite, this enhanced the stay. Cleaning staff maintained high standards. The reception staff was very helpful. I felt welcomed by everyone.

Mixed feelings after my stay
crappy showerthin towels
My room's bathroom looked worn, I noticed the shower was cramped. The water temperature kept changing suddenly. The towels also seemed old and thin. The lack of drawers in the room made organizing clothes difficult. I think the hotel could improve these aspects.
