Mixed experience. Some issues noticed
kitchen smelldirty water
The noise was a problem. I was near the kitchen. i had to keep the windows closed because of the smells. the restaurant wasn't great for the price. some of the staff didn't seem to care, and the pool was hard to use since people grabbed loungers early.

the staff were lovely and very friendly. the food was tasty with plenty of options. It suited everyone. the central location was convenient. It made it easy to get around! there were excellent activities and shows every night!
The sunbeds by the pool were a problem. reserving a sunbed was difficult. There needs to be a better system.

The beds felt so lovely and the bedlinen felt very comfortable. the bathroom was spacious too with good quality toiletries available. i didn't need to bring any from home because the quality felt so good. the armchair in the bedroom was comfortable. It was nice to read there.
the reception staff did not seem very friendly. check-in felt short and when i checked out, no one asked about my stay. cleanliness could improve and also the food tasted the same every day, even with lots of seasoning, it did not taste good. the morning rush for sunbeds needs to stop.
