the room was super clean and really well equipped. the bed was also really comfortable (i slept like a log!). the location is excellent, right in the town center.
the heating didn't work , so it was a very cold night. the plug in the bath also didn't work. check-in details weren't sent initially, and when i called, i was given the wrong code to get into the room, a bit frustrating.

This accommodation has a great central location for city exploration. The restaurant downstairs had a lovely breakfast. I got a discount on parking costs from the hotel. The staff demonstrated attentiveness to my needs .
I noticed the street gets noisy on Saturday nights.

The hotel is near the city centre and Princess Street. Many spots are reachable by walking, no need for cars, great for central exploring. The surroundings are quiet after the crowds disperse during the day.

The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated for comfort. I saw high ceilings in the suites creating an airy feel. Clean towels were available each day and iron facilities were present within the room.

Staff was helpful when needed. I observed the staff offered assistance with directions. Attentive service was provided to guests throughout my stay as well as a smooth check in and out.
