excellent stay close to attractions

the superior suite accommodated my group of five comfortably it was spacious. the decor throughout the guest house was charming. the location was convenient with the castle being a short ride away. communication regarding room codes and luggage storage was clear and helpful
the shower size was quite small and a bit restrictive it was challenging to move without bumping into the walls. this aspect could be improved to enhance the overall comfort of the bathroom space. it was a minor inconvenience

the location is quite central a short walk will take you to princess street tram station. the hotel is situated in a quiet area still quite close to the main attractions. access to transportation is easy from this location.

Mixed Experience Due to Maintenance Issues
clogged shower drainloud doors
The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged. The bathroom flooded as soon as I started showering. This made it difficult to use. The staff only apologized and no solution proposed. the slamming of other doors at night was very loud. I struggled to sleep well.

small roomno refrigerator
the room was quite small for three people. there was no refrigerator for keeping drinks cold. the lack of storage for clothes beyond a few hangers also proved inconvenient. the room faced a large window, allowing much sunlight and causing it to become uncomfortably hot given the absence of air conditioning.
