I like the self check in process. It was smooth, and I got a complimentary beer. The room felt spacious, and all necessary amenities were included. Location is great, near shops, cafes, and a train station across the street.
The noise from a downstairs bar was pretty bad late at night. The music went on past 10 pm on a Sunday. Also the toilet was wobbly, the whole thing moved if I leaned at all.

A handy bar downstairs give you a drink option after a gig. Many shops and cafes are across the street too. I got some nice food recommendations from staff.

the self check-in was very straightforward. i found a free beer waiting for me, a nice touch. i was pleased to find a belfast slang chart in my room.
the view from my window was just a wall, which wasn't ideal.

a satisfactory stay

the self check-in process was convenient. i appreciated getting a complimentary beer for doing it myself. the room was larger than i expected. it was also pretty comfortable.
the noise levels were high due to a bar downstairs. the music played until late. also breakfast service was unavailable in the mornings.

The location was acceptable. Many attractions were about a 20-minute walk away.
The self check-in process took over 30 minutes. There was an error that unplugged the system. I took my cousin to the bar in the evening, but they only accepted card payments. I had to cover the entire bill since he had no card.
