Really good Stay, A Real Gem!

I found the staff cute and helpful. The hotel shows true dedication to cleanliness. The building is immaculate. Food presentation had variety and showed high quality. The facilities were perfect, catering to every need.

Solid Hotel Experience
clean room fresh towels large parking maintained gardens
My Double Room was very clean. The staff provided fresh towels daily. I appreciated the large parking area. It made coming and going very easy! The gardens were well kept. I enjoyed a short walk one morning. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I tried the cooked breakfast options. Dinner in the restaurant was also quite good. I had a hearty meal after a long day. The service in the restaurant was prompt. The grounds are really well kept. I could admire the colorful flowers in the gardens. I also enjoyed an evening walk around the perimeter. It was a relaxing way to end the day. The reception staff was always helpful. I had a very minor billing question upon check-out. They addressed my query quickly. It ensured a smooth departure for me.
The bathroom in my room felt a little small. It was a tight fit.

The parking area had ample spaces available at all times. I never had trouble finding a spot. Gardens offer a peaceful retreat with well-manicured lawns. They include various seating areas to relax and take in the scenery.

wonderful stay
super clean rooms large rooms friendly staff quality food
I appreciated the super clean and large rooms during my overnight stay with my wife. the walk in shower was a big plus. the staff at the hotel were their best assets. I felt welcomed at the bar, reception, and during breakfast. the food was top quality, and the breakfast fry was great.
I had lunch at the restaurant and ordered a prawn open sandwich, but i was disappointed. The portion was small, with only two spoonfuls of prawns on hard, toasted bread. the wheaten bread's strong flavor overpowered the taste of the prawns. it felt more like a starter than a main course.

faulty television cheap toiletries
The breakfast was ok. The 'gilmore fry' item was included.
The television in my room did NOT work. The bed was hard. The toiletries seemed cheap (not good when you want to pamper yourself).

comfortable room good portion lovely garden
the room was large and comfortable. the restaurant offered both breakfast and dinner and the portions were a good size. the gardens provided a lovely area for walking.
the diluting orange was quite watery and overpriced.

hard bed unusable toiletries
the gardens are pleasant to walk around so that was acceptable
the television in my room didn't work at all the bed was also too hard and the pillows were very uncomfortable i asked about room service but the kitchen was closed so i couldn't get anything
