Fantastic find, great stay!

Breakfast rocks! I ate tasty sausages and crispy bacon. The front desk is very helpful. I got a spacious superior king room and slept great. The dinner was superb. the portions are huge.
The elevator music repeats. So repetitive!

I ate in the conservatory. It had a relaxed vibe. Portions are big, so come hungry. The restaurant seems popular, because it was busy every night.

slow servicepoor apology
The dinner service was slow. I had to seek out staff to add my order to the bill after another trip to the bar. A staff member then claimed I had paid for another table's bill with no apology (it seemed like it was my fault). I had to pay more. This negatively impacted an otherwise good night. Some staff training is needed. This isn't what I expect in hospitality.

the free on-site parking was ample (a real plus in this area). breakfast was good with a lot of options. the location provided easy access to nearby amenities.
i found that orders during dinner took a very long time.
