Excellent Stay with Really good Staff
friendly staff helpful team thoughtful gesture
The staff was friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Serkan, Duygu, and Ozan provided excellent service. Ozan offered tailored information about places of interest. The hotel surprised my daughter with a thoughtful birthday cake.
The soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms.

The breakfast included fresh seasonal fruits and had good variety. The breakfast foods were great! More seats during rush hours would be helpful, but the quality was high.

The hotel is very close to the city. It is within walking distance of many attractions. It is near the M2 metro and bus lines. These lines make navigating the entire city easy and quick.

The manager was involved. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also let us check in early since our flight arrived early.

The hotel had an indoor car park which was convenient. It also features a spa with a sauna, hammam, and pool. there is also a gym. The facilities are maintained and clean.
