the location was convenient with a bus stop just outside the front door. multiple grocery stores were within a walkable distance. i found several restaurants within a ten minute walk.
the room was very minimalistic the trash bin in the kitchen was broken. i had no hot water in the morning it was lukewarm at best. the pillows were very hard and the bed was somewhat short.

easy access amazing shower
the location near tower bridge made exploring so easy, everything felt within reach. our room was equipped with everything we needed, even a washing machine! the shower was AMAZING!!!

helpful staff equipped kitchen comfortable bed easy access
The staff stored our bags upon early arrival. The kitchen includes necessary items for self-catering. Beds provide good comfort. Transport links are close, this makes it easy to see many attractions.
The room had dim lighting, making it slightly difficult to see well at night.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They made check-in smooth and checkout also was easy. Workspace use after checkout was convenient and very appreciated.

A coffee shop is located just inside the front door. It had very nice staff providing good service. Coffee tasted good and prices felt fair for the quality.

The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen area looked modern and new. Having a room key for elevator use offers security. The shower provided an amazing experience with good water pressure.

the hotel cafe was great. i enjoyed the hotel restaurant too!!! the location was perfect. the room was very clean.
the bathroom felt it needed a small refresh with some mouldy grout.
