the porters handled my luggage with great care. the staff offered me water upon arrival, a sweet welcome. the reception team was friendly, easy to chat with.

The wifi was very slow, a bit inconvenient. the towels had visible stains, not what i expected. there was an unexpected service charge at checkout. It was eventually waived, but i felt uneasy.

The complimentary water in the room was a nice touch. the doormen were friendly. Check-in and check-out personnel were efficient. i found the room large and comfortable. The hotel provided this benefit. i felt at ease.
