the location was acceptable due to proximity to paddington station.
The heating system had bizarre controls. it was difficult to regulate the room temperature. also, the breakfast arrangement was odd. My marriott status was not properly acknowledged, requiring repeated inquiries about payment.

the room was clean, i guess.
I had a bit of a frustrating time. The breakfast was a bizarre vegan affair and getting a simple cup of coffee was like pulling teeth. the room was tiny, i could barely swing a cat in there, a shame since i planned to smuggle my cat.

My room was superb, it was a Cosy Double! I appreciated the cleanliness and modern design. The location is fantastic, close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. I found the water stations a very big plus, offering fresh filter coffee and extra tea.
My bathroom was reasonably functional.

The reception team was friendly and flexible. They reacted quickly when my daughter traveled spontaneously and arrived early. She received a room upgrade and a key in the morning.
