fantastic experience!
central location friendly service spacious bed
the location is perfectly central, it is very easy to walk to hyde park, belgravia and mayfair. check-in and check-out were fast, and staff at the bar were cute and friendly. the hotel provides amazing amenities from cerqus by penhaligons, a spacious bed, and i found the stay good.
the curtains did not block the morning light completely, this was a bit annoying.

Really good Service and Prime Location
genuine warmth excellent location stylish detail
I appreciated the staff's genuine warmth (a personal highlight). The hotel's location is excellent, close to Green Park and various attractions. I found the room to be super clean and well-equipped. It included everything I needed. The interior design stood out. Its stylish details made me want to return.
The non-refundable, non-transferable policy caused difficulty when I tried to reschedule due to illness. I found their responses rigid and focused on reiterating this policy. The lack of flexibility was disappointing, given the really good circumstances.

The concierge offered assistance with local attractions and theatre information, exhibiting extensive knowledge. The reception staff was always available and eager to assist guests with any inquiries or requests (a nice touch).

Really good Stay Near Green Park
really good staff comfortable bed required amenities ideal location
The hotel and staff are really good. The bed was very comfortable (I really appreciated it after my travels). My room included everything I required for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, close to landmarks.
A service charge was added to the bill, which I found a little unexpected.

central location cozy room quality food friendly staff
The hotel is located in a very discreet area, yet it offers a great location for exploring the city center. My room was quiet and very cozy. The bar offered top quality drinks and food with excellent service. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, from reservation to concierge and check-out.
The room was a bit small.

The hotel features many artworks and pictures creating a fantastic atmosphere. Breakfast included various options such as vegetables, hummus, apples, and prunes (especially appreciated!). The location is convenient with parks, Piccadilly Street, restaurants, and shops nearby.

ideal location staff attentiveness amazing air con poor lighting missing switch desk lamp
location was ideal for my needs. it was close to many attractions. the staff showed attentiveness to detail. amazing air con worked very well on a hot day.
i found the bedside reading lamps didn't work. one even had a hole with the switch missing. there were so many light switches, and they did nothing. no lamp was on the desk for putting make-up on.

the hotel had a very convenient location near many landmarks. the breakfast service was also perfect! staff were very friendly and helpful with everything i needed.
my room was dusty and the furniture seemed worn out. the bathroom also felt very small for this type of hotel.

vibrating noise stained floor
The staff was attentive and friendly. I had no issues with them.
the air conditioning made an intermittent loud vibrating noise every few minutes by the bed. maintenance came, but their solution was just turning it off, made the room too hot. the rooms also looked worn. the wallpaper bubbled, and the floor had stains.
