Acceptable stay with issues
noise problem unclean bathroom
The staff was helpful enough.
I had issues with noise. I could hear people next door and above, even with supposed soundproof windows. The double bed was just two single beds pushed together, so they kept sliding apart. I noticed stains on the bathroom wall, a sign of questionable cleaning, and the rooms need updating for a hotel with a 4-star rating.

friendly staff helpful staff clean room range of food cold environment sun umbrella absence room service
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was super clean and cozy. the breakfast buffet included a good range of food and juice, which i liked.
i found the environment to be very cold. the rooftop had no sun umbrellas, so i couldn't chill there easily. there was no room service available.

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities
stylish loungers helpful staff quiet area
The rooftop loungers were stylish and comfortable. The reception staff was cute and very helpful. I found mint and cucumber water on offer in reception, a nice touch. The location was like a safe, quiet area.
My room door lacked soundproofing, and I heard everyone talking in the hall. It was a slight inconvenience.

The location was excellent. I found it pretty central to all the main areas i wanted to visit. The room had a free safe and a coffee machine, a nice touch. I enjoyed the bathroom that was equipped with both a bathtub and a bidet.
The walls seemed very thin. We heard people talking in the hallway (multiple times every evening). There was no room service, and the rooftop didn't have sun umbrellas. The hotel feels old and needs some work.

stylish decor rooftop loungers cucumber water cute reception
the reception was very cute. i loved the stylish decor. cucumber water was a nice touch, so refreshing. the rooftop loungers were comfortable, they are so stylish, i seemed like a movie star.
the elevators were very small. it was not so terrible but i would be aware of it.

clean room useful fridge ample towels
i found the room clean and well-kept. a fridge in the room was useful. the bathroom included ample towels and toiletries.
The walk to the metro required about 10 minutes. It felt a bit long.
