The reception staff were helpful (i appreciate that!).
The food was not great. The quality definitely does not reach a 4-star standard. One day, there was no tea available, a shocking discovery for a tea lover. Room service was ok.

the hotel offers a beautiful pool area. palm trees surround the pool creating a relaxed atmosphere. the rooms are large. the beds are comfortable.
the outside chairs had some bird droppings on them.
