I stayed for two nights in 2024. There seemed to be enough pool lounges for everyone. Front desk staff were accommodating and well presented. They also gave good local restaurant suggestions.
The hotel room did not have a kettle. Getting one required a twenty euro deposit at reception. The room lacked cups, tea bags or coffee. I had to.

The pools were okay. I guess those lifeguards just enjoy each other's company.
The room smelled like old socks. Air conditioning fought a losing battle against the Spanish sun, so I was like I was in a sauna. The noise from the entertainment was a constant thumping sound until midnight. What a joke.

The reception staff was attentive. She noticed my walking difficulties. She gave me a disabled room close to amenities without me ASKING. I found the main areas modern with good facilities. Prices for food and drinks seemed of good VALUE.
I found noise from other guests continued until 2am. The outside entertainment made noise until midnight, and it wasn't good, EXCEPT for the flamenco dancer.

The reception team offers a warm welcome, and many staff members speak English FLUENTLY. This makes communication smooth for international guests. Staff also handle requests efficiently. The service ensures a comfortable stay.

The buffet options were acceptable.
I found several issues with the room. The ceiling had a large water stain, and the lamp was detached from the wall. The view from the balcony was also unappealing as it faced the wall of an adjacent building.
