A romantic getaway
The food was AMAZING!!! I found a wide variety of choices, and everything tasted fresh. The location suited me well. The beach was just across the road. The staff were friendly and always helpful, I appreciated their service.

The dinner offered a large selection of dishes, including various vegetables. I found the dining area very clean and well kept. The restaurant staff kept the buffet stocked and ensured guests had a pleasant experience.

The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach. I could easily access nearby shops and bars with a short bus ride. A consistent bus service runs every 30 minutes right outside the hotel, very practical.

I found the rooms to be large and the cleanliness was really good throughout the hotel. the food selection was very nice. There was always something appealing. i would definitely consider staying again!
the safe was already locked when i arrived. this took a while to resolve. the telephone lacked a lead.

the setting features well kept gardens and several pools. the location is very comfortable and near the beach. it is very close to small supermarkets.

the hotel provides a free water park. the hotel has handy small supermarkets! a bus stop is located outside the hotel. sunbeds are available for a fee of 7 euros per bed!

I stayed for two nights in 2024. There seemed to be enough pool lounges for everyone. Front desk staff were accommodating and well presented. They also gave good local restaurant suggestions.
The hotel room did not have a kettle. Getting one required a twenty euro deposit at reception. The room lacked cups, tea bags or coffee. I had to.

old socks constant thumping
The pools were okay. I guess those lifeguards just enjoy each other's company.
The room smelled like old socks. Air conditioning fought a losing battle against the Spanish sun, so I seemed like I was in a sauna. The noise from the entertainment was a constant thumping sound until midnight. What a joke.

attentive staff good facilities good value
The reception staff was attentive. She noticed my walking difficulties. She gave me a disabled room close to amenities without me ASKING. I found the main areas modern with good facilities. Prices for food and drinks seemed of good VALUE.
I found noise from other guests continued until 2am. The outside entertainment made noise until midnight, and it wasn't good, EXCEPT for the flamenco dancer.

water stained ceiling detached lamp
The buffet options were acceptable.
I found several issues with the room. The ceiling had a large water stain, and the lamp was detached from the wall. The view from the balcony was also unappealing as it faced the wall of an adjacent building.
