the location was acceptable.
my room was not ideal , I found that there was no coffee in the room , which was surprising. it was also unpleasantly loud , as i could constantly hear noise outside my room.

the location is good for strolls along the beach.
The room ventilation did not work properly (i suspect it was broken). mosquitos were hiding in the room and closet. I had to leave the sliding door open. the recycling was picked up at about 4-5 am, and i was wakened after a poor night's sleep.

I found the staff very friendly. Their professionalism stood out. The spa visit was well worth it. I particularly appreciated the private hotel exit that provided direct access to the beach. This access made beach trips very convenient, and I used it every day.
I did notice the breakfast area can get very crowded during peak hours.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices and was open early. I noticed a variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked items. There were also gluten-free choices available for people with allergies.

My room was spacious. It included a large bed and a powerful shower. I appreciated the strong water pressure? the room also had good air conditioning. The balcony provided pool views, but the room interior decor could use updating.

The hotel staff were polite. They were always smiling and helpful. They quickly addressed any questions I had and provided useful information. I found their service very accommodating for my needs, but at times some language barrier was noticeable.

The pool facilities were excellent. The gym and spa were great. I noted several pools for adults and children, too. The pools were clean and well maintained, and I used them often. The hotel pools are equipped with lifeguard service during peak hours.

Excellent Beachfront Stay

The private back hotel exit to the beach was very convenient. The pools were great. The gym and spa facilities were also excellent. I found the buffet had many choices for all meals. This made dining very easy.

Breakfast included champagne. This was a nice touch. The dinners featured an open kitchen. It allowed guests to watch the preparation of items like wok dishes and grilled seafood, a super plus.

The room provided an amazing sea view from the large balcony. It had modern decor. The spacious bathroom included separate sinks and good lighting.
