the location was good. the sliding doors separated the room into two, a good setup for privacy with older children! i enjoyed the balcony view. the beach was busy though it didn't affect us.

I appreciated the hotel's great location near the beach. The food was lovely with many options available. I found the pools fabulous and enjoyed the entertainment by the pool bar.

The staff were friendly and bilingual, made communication easy. I also appreciated the ability to book a free 30-minute courtesy room after checkout. It was a lovely bonus.

There are three pools available of all ages. The hotel is clean, and housekeeping consistently maintains all areas. I noticed the staff cleans the balcony glass each morning.

The rooms are nice and clean, offering a comfortable stay. I found the bed comfy and had a good sleep. It would be best to book a premium room if you want a sea view.

The breakfast buffet had an unreal selection of items. I was pleased with the variety of fresh fruit that was available each morning. Daniel Carpio provided excellent service with a smile during breakfast and dinner.
