The staff was consistently polite and helpful. Room service was really good. Requests were handled quickly and efficiently. The fitness center had attentive staff that addressed guest needs. Sophisticated design provided a luxurious yet serene atmosphere. I appreciated the attentive fitness head.
The kettle cable in my room was slightly too short to reach the nearest socket without moving furniture.

Wonderful family vacation!

The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile! Room service was really good and prompt, providing everything we needed. I found the dedicated Head of Fitness attentive to guest needs, and his expertise really enhanced my workouts. Staff members have a natural talent for creating lovely experiences. I saw that guests returned repeatedly!
The woman at reception was very friendly, but the beds are terrible. I did not expect that in a hotel of this category!

The Junior Suite included a king-size bed and a separate seating area with a sofa bed. The bathroom features double sinks. There was also a balcony that overlooked the gardens, though its size was modest. The suite contained a mini-bar stocked with beverages and snacks.

The hotel provides direct access to the beach via a private path. There is a bus stop located approximately 500 meters from the entrance! It allows convenient travel to nearby towns. I also noted several restaurants within a 1 km radius.

The fitness center featured three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. The main outdoor pool included a shallow area for children! A lifeguard was on duty during operating hours, which I appreciated. Guests had access to complimentary tennis courts.
