i really enjoy the location next to the water taxi station. views across the water were lovely and a plus. the restaurant had really nice food too it was pretty good after all
the bath in my room did not work, it was a real problem. i told the staff twice about this, they did not fix it, or even apologized for it. i booked that room because of the big soaking bath, so it was pretty bad.

The hotel is located near water transport. Both buses and a boat go to the city. I liked the sea view, where I could see boats passing by. The breakfast selection was very good with many choices. The hotel felt spacious, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable.
This caused some confusion and was inconvenient. Ultimately the issue got resolved, though the situation was not ideal.

The room was spacious and well kept, with a comfortable bed. It included modern amenities such as a tv and complimentary Wi-Fi, very useful. Storage space was adequate for luggage and personal items. However the room was cold.

easy accessvaried menufine view
the location was excellent with easy access to the city by ferry I found the restaurant to be very good with a varied menu the room had a fine river view I also really enjoyed the breakfast a large selection was available.

the hotel offered a spa area for children and i observed a family enjoying those facilities there was also a restaurant and a bar that seemed well-stocked and maintained.

the hotel is located next to a water taxi station i saw many guests using this to access different parts of the city i noticed it takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the city center by boat.
