the front desk staff provided really good service. I found them very helpful with directions and local information. The rooms were clean and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. I appreciated the free on-site parking as well, although the spaces filled up quickly!
i found the breakfast variety somewhat limited, especially during peak hours. It was occasionally difficult to find a free table. Food replenishment was a bit slow which caused SOME inconvenience.

The staffs are very friendly. They gave us a better room, and there was much space. I liked the wellness center a lot. The location seems convenient, so I enjoy that. Overall it has what I need. It also is good value for money too.
There is no conditioner in room, so during hot summer is too warm in the room. In morning I must wait until I be allowed to get in the restaurant for breakfast. There is no enough space for everyone, you know.

The staff extended such warmth. They remembered my name and preferences each day. I enjoyed the complimentary wine and bottled water provided in my room. Such a sweet gesture! A sister hotel offered complimentary drinks on the roof terrace. It had beautiful city views.
The gym got a bit crowded during peak hours. It required careful planning to secure a spot.

The staff was very kind and provided all needed information. They gave advice for public transport, I found it helpful. The room felt spacious and it was clean. They gifted two bottles of water upon departure, I thought that was nice.
The spa area felt small. It had one hot tub and one sauna for one person. Some wooden chairs were available to lay down, I noticed some open showers too. A massage required an extra payment, I found it odd.
