Fantastic Stay!

I enjoyed the helpful staff. They provided useful information about the city trams. My late checkout was very convenient for my flight. The restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was amazing!!!
The rooms were a bit warm since there was no air conditioning.

The staff was very kind and provided all needed information. They gave advice for public transport, I found it helpful. The room felt spacious and it was clean. They gifted two bottles of water upon departure, I thought that was nice.
The spa area felt small. It had one hot tub and one sauna for one person. Some wooden chairs were available to lay down, I noticed some open showers too. A massage required an extra payment, I found it odd.

Breakfast featured a varied selection. I also tried the fresh ginger and lemon tea, it was warm. There were many options available, I enjoyed the choices provided each morning.

The room included water bottles upon arrival, I found it cute. The space seemed big and felt nice. Daily cleaning ensured its orderliness, I appreciated this.

Staff showed attentiveness and accommodated requests promptly. The reception staff gave the best information, I appreciated their kindness. Every staff member acted friendly and helped me efficiently.
