fantastic hotel, great location
helpful staffconvenient locationdowngraded room
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room had two mirrors from ceiling to floor, besides the one in the bathroom. the hotel is very close to a major train station, it is easily accessible from the airport by metro. the area has many metro and bus lines.
i booked and paid for a superior room several months in advance , but upon arrival i learned the hotel was overbooked. i was downgraded to a standard room on the ground floor. the only window looked into someone else's courtyard.

the morning breakfast offered a wide choice, it included some hot food. eggs were available scrambled, hard boiled, or as omelettes. bacon and sausages were present along with cereal, yoghurt and a good choice of fruit.

easy check in. the staff spoke english, this. the personnel were the best , very friendly, helpful and kind.

I found the staff very nice and helpful. The room was modern and the location felt local. I could easily access metro stations and explore many restaurants nearby. The location is superb, close to museums.
The internet speed was at times unstable, slowing down my work.

the hotel location allows for easy exploration. I found the staff very friendly, always with a smile. the brekky offers a taste of french style. I had a great shower, a real boost after a day of sightseeing. i found quality in everything, understated but noticeable. the service i received was excellent. the beds were very comfy, very important for a good rest. this makes the Hotel perfect for a comfortable stay. there was a free juice and bread available . staff was wonderful and helpful, specially sofie. location was perfect, VERY close to Gare Saint Lazare, printemps and rue saint honore. amenities were replenished constantly. we received all information prior to arrival. the room was quiet, just as requested. i not sketchy at all, very important when traveling alone. the hotel personal are the best, so friendly and helpful.

the hotel allowed walking to key sites, including the seine and montmartre. being near gare saint lazare made travel easy, especially with luggage. the surrounding area is bustling, however evenings were quiet.

lack soundproofingno hot water
i had to carry my luggage up one flight of stairs. the room also lacked soundproofing. i heard street noise throughout the night. this made sleep difficult. also, there was no hot water one morning.
