the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. it was nice to have a fridge in the room. the staff was polite and helpful at reception.
i found the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned when i got there, there was a stain on the carpet. toothpaste wasn't free, i had to pay for it at the front desk.

I found the staff very helpful . The room was clean and spacious. I liked the powerful shower in the bathroom. The hotel's proximity to Piccadilly Station was convenient .
I noticed some minor wear and tear on the carpets in the hallway , though this did not significantly affect my stay.

The hotel is very close to the Co-op Live arena. This was VERY convenient for my trip. The staff I encountered was pleasant and professional.
The milk in my room had expired. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly when the toilet was flushed. It became uncomfortably hot.

the location worked well for city access. the rooms were clean and quiet. i stayed on the seventh floor and appreciated the choice of floors at check-in. it was a modern hotel.
the staff were not overly friendly. our room lacked shower gel and hand soap. this seems unacceptable for a hotel in this class. the whole floor smelled of weed which was unpleasant.

i loved that the check-in was quick. the room was super clean and had a great bed, and the shower was amazing. breakfast was super too, a lovely start to the day. it's really nice.
the tea tray were very sparse in my room, there wasn't even any water. i also noticed the towels were stained, a yellowish color. plus, the price point felt high for a room without a window that opens.

the room featured a proper coffee machine with biscuits. the location proved beneficial, as it was easy to walk by the canal into the city centre. breakfast in the morning was great. the checkout process was very easy.
there were only two teabags provided and they were not replenished. numerous coffee sachets were available though. the coffee pod machine in the room leaked.
