metro stationcomfy bedclean rooms
the location WORKS well. this hotel sits right next to a metro station. lots of attractions are nearby. beds are comfy in rooms, rooms were CLEAN.
views from room was quite DIre.

the hotel is located on a main street, and you can take any public transport. it is also GOOD for walking. the city center is about one kilometer away, and many shops are in the area.

the room was clean and had enough space to move around. the location is good with a subway station nearby. i also found groceries and pharmacies next to the hotel.
I booked a double room specifically. i was allocated a twin room. The room temperature was very uncomfortable. the air con was u/s, though.

mixed feelings about the stay
convenient locationoutside noiseno kettle
the location was convenient since it was next to the metro station.
The room temperature was too hot and unchangeable, so i had to leave the windows open all night. This meant i was exposed to outside noise, a nuisance. there was no kettle in the room, so making coffee or tea was impossible. also, i had to rent a small steamer for an extra charge since there was no iron available.

The hotel arranged my airport transfer, and the car was very clean. I even received bottled water. The subway station is very close to the hotel. There are also grocery stores nearby.
I found that no slippers were provided in the room. An iron was not available but I could borrow a steamer. A deposit was required for this steamer. This I found inconvenient, though

The location is excellent near the Rocafort metro station. My room had a full length mirror and the air conditioning worked very well.

the air conditioning worked well enough, needed during the hot days.
I wasn't thrilled with the room service, it was surprisingly slow (i waited over an hour for a simple order). also, the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep. I could hear everything. the walls seemed thin, and i heard other guests often.

a perfect urban stay

The room included a very modern layout, with a big bathroom. I also appreciated that the room faced a busy street, but i heard nothing once i shut the balcony door. the location not sketchy at all and secure. esthet and her supervisor were friendly and cute.
I noticed that the shower's water never became very hot, and it remained lukewarm. Someone did come to check it, but it did not improve.

The staff provided daily cleaning with great attention to detail. They also promptly addressed any concerns. i found them to be helpful with directions and recommendations.
