I found the staff helpful with directions. The room included free water and hot drinks in the lobby. The beds felt comfortable (I slept very well!).
The elevator wait times were occasionally long.

Amazing Stay!
friendly staff available bikes convenient location big space
The staff was friendly and helpful . I liked the available bike rentals, an excellent way to explore the city. The location was near a pleasant route to the city center along the river (perfect for a morning ride!). My room was very nice with a big space.
The wardrobe seemed cheap and poorly assembled, but this was not too annoying.
Dining
9/10
There is a cafeteria near the hotel, offering convenient options for coffee and snacks. Many restaurants and bakeries are located very close by (so convenient!).
Facilities
10/10
Bike rentals are available directly at the hotel, great for easy exploration of the surroundings. This is a fantastic service, opening a world of possibilities to see new places.
Location
9/10
The accommodation is situated in a quiet area. Quick access to the metro is another advantage. The river nearby provides a scenic route to the city center.
Service
10/10
The staff provides a fantastic welcome to guests. They are always smiling and ready to help (I appreciated their positive attitude!). Their friendly nature really enhanced the experience.
