the hotel location is handy because it is a short walk to the train station. also the shopping centre is nearby, great for quick access to restaurants. the staff are friendly and helpfull. the breakfast had many option and it was included in the room price.

the shower's temperature control was not good. it was hard to find a steady temperature.

access was super easy plus there were shops nearby and the town centre felt really close the room had what i needed it was great for a city room we stayed for breakfast and it was all very good i was so happy

air conditioning did not work so the room was hot the iron also didn't work i could not iron my shirt for the party

the room i booked, a standard room hot, wasn't properly cleaned. there were marks on the carpet and the bathroom had mold in the corners. the breakfast scrambled eggs tasted like powder, i was disappointed.
